Elias G. Carayannis is Professor of Management Science and Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Global and Entrepreneurial Finance Research Instutute (GERFI) at George Washington University. He is also Director of Research on Science, Technology, Innovations and Entrepreneurship, European Union Center, Pittsburgh University. Jeffrey M. Alexander is Vice President and Director of Research at Washington CORE/LLC.
