David Roediger (Editor) is the Kendrick C. Babcock Professor of History at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is the author of numerous books, including Our Own Time: A History of American Labor and the Working Day (with Philip S. Foner), The Wages of Whiteness: Race and the Making of the American Working Class, and Towards the Abolition of Whiteness.
